Chinti and Parker unveils new Miffy line

Character teams with luxury ready-to-wear label for autumn/winter collection.

A new womenswear collaboration between Miffy and luxury ready-to-wear label Chinti and Parker has launched in 25 designer outlets worldwide – including Selfridges in London and Colette in Paris.

This marks the first time that the label has produced a womenswear collection featuring the classic Dick Bruna character.

Chinti and Parker has designed a selection of luxury 100% cashmere sweaters (£325) which showcase Miffy in various forms – including her silhouette, repeat patterns or her ears peeping out of a pocket.

The backgrounds range from bright animal prints, nautical stripes or solid blocks of colour.

The collection also features sailor striped and appliqué cotton t-shirts (from £85).

Alicia Davenport, DRi licensing director, said: “It is great to see the design element of Miffy reflected in this stunning collection from Chinti and Parker. I’m certain it will excite both Miffy fans and fashionistas around the globe.”

Miffy X Chinti and Parker womenswear will be available from July in the following countries: UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Belgium, Monaco, UAE, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
