Sarah (pictured) – who was previously UK sales manager – will now be looking after the UK sales strategy, along with the managerial responsibility of the sales team. She will continue to maintain and develop the relationships that Character World has across the UK retail landscape as part of her remit.
“I am very excited about my new role within the business and look forward to seeing the changes that Character World have planned come to life,” commented Sarah. “With so many exciting changes coming in the coming months and years I look forward to supporting these within my new role and continuing to see Character World thrive.”
Danny Schweiger, joint md at Character World, added: “People are the cornerstone of our business, 2020 was a hard year for businesses across the UK but our fantastic team have shown real resilience and this promotion is absolutely well deserved. The directors and I are excited for Sarah’s next chapter here at Character World.”
