Character World Brands and Moose Toys EMEA confirm home brands partnership

Character World Brands has secured a new partnership with Moose Toys EMEA, which will see it acquire four Moose home brands – Ready Bed, Go Glow, Pop ‘N’ Fun and Hello Home across EMEA.

Under the agreement, Character World Brands will be responsible for distribution and all future product development.

“We are delighted that Character World Brands can continue the third decade of these fantastic products and add to their strong EMEA offering,” commented Neil Shinner, ceo UK and EU at Moose Toys. “These incredibly successful brands underpinned the Worlds Apart UK and European business for many years, and we feel Character World Brands provides the greatest future potential for the development and expansion of these principal brands.”

As the transition is underway, both companies will work together through Nuremberg Toy Fair to ensure a seamless experience at retail for autumn 2024.

James Walker, ceo at Character World Brands, continued: “This partnership is the perfect addition to our business. We could not be prouder to continue the legacy that these brands represent for children and families across EMEA. This will allow us broader representation for our licensors while delivering a one-stop-shop home solution for retailers and consumers.”
