Carte Blanche secures DTR with Home Bargains

Deal will see value retailer developing and producing Me to You branded products for sale in its 500+ UK stores.

Carte Blanche Greetings has secured a new direct to retail licensing deal with Home Bargains.

The new DTR will see the value retailer developing and producing Me to You branded products for sale in its 500+ UK stores.

Carte Blanche has previously enjoyed a successful working relationship with Home Bargains for a number of years through its proprietary greeting cards and gift business.

“Having worked with the Me to You brand previously the team at Home Bargains understand implicitly the power of the Me to You brand and its appeal to consumers,” commented Talia Tester, licensing manager at Carte Blanche. “Working collaboratively within the parameters of a DTR relationship we have been able to create robust ranges which capture the essence of Me to You, and we’re very excited to see what’s to come in 2021 with more seasonal ranges in development.”

Helen Lynch, licence and range manager at Home Bargains, added: “Me to You is such an iconic brand and one that we know has evergreen appeal across a variety of categories and occasions.

“Home Bargains is already a destination for consumers looking for top brands and this new DTR agreement will ensure we can offer extended ranges to fans of the brand.”

The new ranges will initially include products for Christmas and autumn/winter.
