New games compilation features TV characters from the 1980s and 1990s.
Video games publisher Capcom has delved into the retro 1980s and 1990s Disney archives for the launch of its latest title.
The company is rolling out The Disney Afternoon Collection, a compilation of six games featuring Disney TV characters from the two decades.
These will include Chip ‘n Dale, DuckTales – featuring Scrooge McDuck – Darkwing Duck and Talespin, starring Baloo the bear.
The classic games have been restored and now feature 1080p HD support, as well as all-new modes of play including Boss Rush and Time Attack.
A Rewind feature has also been added to make the games more accessible to newcomers, with the option to rewind time and enjoy a swift recovery from blunders.
In addition, an in-game Disney Museum will feature a wealth of content to celebrate the era of the original releases such as concept art, ads, character art and music.
The Disney Afternoon Collection will arrive on April 18 as a digital download across the US and Europe for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
