BWI adds licensee brace for Bush Baby World

Dreamtex signs up for bedding and Ravensburger for games and puzzles.

Brands with Influence has added a further two licensees to the growing Bush Baby World programme.

Dreamtex has signed up to create bedding, while Ravensburger is on board for games and puzzles.

The news follows on from the signing of Aykroyds and TDP Licensing and a successful toy launch from Golden Bear.

Indeed, this month has seen Golden Bear air freight additional stock into UK stores to keep pace with demand.

BWI will be showcasing the property at Brand Licensing Europe where there will also be the chance to meet the Princess Melina costume character (produced by Rainbow Productions). The character is one of the best selling toys so far.

Talking about the brand, Anthony Duckworth, md of Dreamtex, explained why he wanted to get involved: “We are absolutely delighted to be working again with Brands With Influence on Bush Baby World. We were all really taken with the property when it was first presented to us as it’s extremely cute and the idea of the Dream Tree with its sparkly dream dust is just perfect for a child’s themed bedroom, not to mention the incredible response it has already received on YouTube and social media.

“The toy sales have been very impressive so far too and we know Golden Bear will do a fantastic range of product. Our designers are having great fun putting the collection together, with various textures and glitter printing techniques; it’s going to be fantastical.”

Benn Bramwell from Ravensburger added: “We’re excited to be part of Bush Baby World, and will launch our puzzle range in time for Christmas 2017. We’re confident that these cute and cuddly characters will be a hit with our customers and consumers alike.”
