The finalists in the Product, Property, Retail and Rising Star categories for the Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards 2023 have officially been unveiled today (24 March).
The B&LLAs attracted a record number of entries this year, from companies large and small. All of the main product categories were judged by a panel that comprised of retail buyers from right across the spectrum including Argos, ASDA, Boots, Dunelm, FatFace, Home Bargains, John Lewis & Partners, JoJo Maman Bébé, Matalan, Moonpig, Morrisons, Mothercare, New Look, Next, Sainsbury’s, Selfridges, Specsavers, Tesco, TruffleShuffle, Vanilla Underground, Waitrose and WHSmith.
“The record number of entries for the B&LLAs 2023 underlines just how much the brand and lifestyle licensing business has grown and matured; the quality of entries was superb and the judges were certainly faced with a tricky task,” commented Ian Hyder, ceo of Max Publishing which owns and organises the B&LLAs. “Best of luck to all of the finalists – we cannot wait to celebrate with everyone at our new venue of the Royal Lancaster Hotel on Thursday 27 April.”
