Brand Central welcomes Liza Abrams to its team

Former Sakar International executive takes on newly created role of svp of manufacturer representation and Brand Central Insights trend service.

US licensing consultancy, Brand Central has welcomed former Sakar International executive Liza Abrams to its team.

Liza (pictured) will lead Brand Central’s growing portfolio of manufacturers to acquire licences that will help them to grow their businesses in new and existing channels in the newly created position of svp of manufacturer representation.

In addition, she will also lead Brand Central Insights, the consultancy’s customised trend intelligence service.

Liza had been with Sakar for the past 15 years focusing on manufacturer representation, licensing strategy and consumer products’ brand extensions at the consumer electronics and accessories specialist. Prior to this, she worked for 4Kids Entertainment on brands including Pokémon and Cabbage Patch Kids among others.

“Liza’s proven track record, stellar reputation and licensing expertise will be a welcome addition to Brand Central’s team as she elevates and accelerates our fast growing manufacturer consulting and trend practice within the agency,” commented Ross Misher, ceo at Brand Central.
