Blues’ parent company acquires Paul Dennicci

Licensed babywear specialist becomes part of CWI/Suntex and Mitsui & Co group of companies.

Licensed babywear specialist, Paul Dennicci has confirmed that it has become part of the CWI/Suntex & Mitsui & Co group of companies.

The group also owns Blues Clothing, Cohen and Wilks and Brecrest, as well as Smithy Green and GWG Garments.

Andrew Farrow, md of Paul Dennicci, commented that there was “perfect synergy” with the group of companies, with the licensee becoming part of a global network which will aid its plans to remain the number one in licensed babywear.

Andrew said: “It is my pleasure to join this esteemed group. It is business as usual for Paul Dennicci – for myself and all our dedicated staff, distribution warehouse and office, nothing is changing. We will continue to work with all our clients factories and licensors to ensure that we deliver great product to all our customers.”
