Teri Niadna, managing director at Brandgenuity, explains why the company supports the Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards.
Why do you sponsor the B&LLAs?
“We find the B&LLAs a really valuable moment to pause and admire the great work that’s been done by our colleagues in brand and lifestyle licensing. We always come away inspired.”
Why did Brandgenuity choose Best Specialist Brand Licensed Retailer Execution as the category it would like to sponsor?
“Retailers are the heart of our industry. We are lucky to sponsor a category that highlights great work done by experienced retailers like Claire’s, alongside less expected retailers like B&Q, who were nominated last year. It’s a great reminder of the broadness of the opportunity that we have in brand licensing.”
What’s your favourite thing about the awards?
“It’s a fun afternoon of reconnecting with industry friends. Extra bonus points for the luxe venue.”
Why do you think companies and retailers working in the licensing space should attend the awards?
“It’s hard for me to imagine anyone leaving the B&LLAs without a ton of new ideas buzzing in their head and a couple of lunch dates or coffee meetings to schedule. The B&LLAs always leads to more ideas and more conversations.”
The Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards 2025 takes place on Thursday 24 April at the Royal Lancaster London.
