Bits + Pixels further bolsters licensing portfolio

Agency picks up ‘mesmerising’ debut from Danish indie video game developer, Ultra Ultra.

Bits + Pixels has further added to its licensing portfolio, signing up the debut from Danish indie video games developer Ultra Ultra.

Third person sci-fi adventure game Echo is set within a futuristic neo-classical, infinite palace, which is ever changing. It is due for release in Q3 2017 on PS4 and Steam.

“We were instantly grabbed by Echo’s stunning and unique visuals, the more we learned about the premise and story, the more we loved what Ultra Ultra were trying to achieve,” commented Su-Yina Farmer, co-director of Bits + Pixels.

“It has already created quite a stir within the video games community. This is a world which players will want to experience long after the game has ended and we can’t wait to work on targeted brand extensions that will allow that to happen.”

Martin Emborg, game director at Ultra Ultra, added: “Bits and Pixels immediately got us, and our ambitions with Echo. Their approach is always focused on complimenting the experience of the game, and to take that experience into new, and often times unexpected, arenas.

“We share an affinity for the unconventional, and I couldn’t be more excited about the things we’re seeing on the horizon.”
