Bing’s Italian YouTube channel reaches 1 million subscribers

Acamar Films and Maurizio Distefano Licensing have revealed that the Italian YouTube channel for preschool brand Bing has just surpassed the milestone of one million total subscribers.

Bing’s official channel on YouTube in Italian has been live since August 2018, and in its lifetime has gained 903 million views and just shy of 100 million hours of watch time.

Thanks to the achievement, YouTube will reward Acamar Films with the first gold Creator Award to celebrate the new subscriber goal.

The YouTube success is another example of Bing’s popularity in Italy. Since the show’s launch on Rai Yoyo in 2018, it has consistently ranked in the top ten on linear and was the most viewed title on Raiplay for 4-7s in the first six months of 2021.

New episodes from series four premiered on Rai Yoyo in February 2021, while Bing also made its debut on Italy’s Rau Radio in November on the children’s show, Big Bang on Rai Radio Kids.

Maurizio Distefano Licensing handles the licensing programme for the brand in Italy.
