Bing partners with Val di Sole ski resort for new family experience

Acamar Films has secured a new partnership for Bing with Val di Sole Tourism Board to deliver a themed family experience in Italy.

The activation will take place from 22 March to 4 April 2025 across three Family Parks within the Skiarea Folgarida Marilleva.

Children will be able to enjoy daily meet-and-greets with Bing and Flop costume characters, along with interactive kids dance sessions featuring Bing music. A dedicated screening area will showcase a selection of Bing episode clips, and the Family Parks will be adorned with Bing-themed decorations, including branded flags, arches, and banners. The experience will also include various themed activities throughout the park.

“We’re delighted to partner with Val di Sole Tourism Board to create a memorable experience for young children and families,” commented Kirsty Southgate, director of experiential and promotions at Acamar Films. “This partnership allows us to connect with families in a new and exciting way, bringing Bing’s world to life in a stunning location. We can’t wait to see the joy this event will bring to little ones and their families.”

Fabio Sacco, director of the Val di Sole Tourism Board, continued: “We are excited to partner with Acamar Films to bring the beloved character Bing to life at our resort. This collaboration allows us to offer a unique and enjoyable experience for families visiting Val di Sole. We believe this Bing-themed event will enhance the appeal of our Family Parks and create special moments for our youngest visitors.”

Maurizio Distefano, whose licensing agency has been managing Bing’s licensing programme in Italy for a number of years and who brokered the deal, added: “We are proud to have contributed to initiating the collaboration between Acamar Films and the Val di Sole Tourism Board. Bing is much loved by Italian families, and this partnership will offer a unique experience that will delight both children and adults.”

The partnership will be supported by a comprehensive marketing campaign launching in December 2024, aimed at driving engagement and bookings.
