Banijay Kids & Family has revealed a number of new licensing deals for the Mr Bean brand, spanning multiple categories including apparel, accessories, gifting and toys.
The partnership with Hollywood Magic – signed through agent Spacetoon – incorporates apparel and accessories across MENA.
UK licensing agent Bulldog, meanwhile, has signed with Forbidden Planet for apparel, accessories, gift and home goods, available in stores across the UK and Eire, and online worldwide; Dalian Talent Group for a range of Mr Bean branded candles and air fresheners; and Nixy Children, for wind-up toys across EMEA.
2025 marks 35 years since Mr Bean first hit screens. It has been broadcast in 195 territories, with the series in continual distribution for 35 years. Co-created by Rowan Atkinson and Richard Curtis, the eponymous hero was played by Rowan Atkinson, who now voices the globally successful animated series, which launched in 2002. Mr Bean: The Animated Series (produced by Tiger Aspect Kids & Family), will return for a fourth season later this year.
