BAFTA Kids Vote shortlist revealed

10 films, 10 TV shows and 10 games face children’s vote at next month’s awards.

Key character brands including Minions, Paddington, Shaun the Sheep, SpongeBob Squarepants and Thunderbirds Are Go have been named in the shortlist for the BAFTA Children’s Awards Kids Vote.

From today (October 20) until November 21, children aged seven to 14 can cast their votes at the new-look BAFTA Kids website.

The shortlist for the BAFTA Kids Vote (supported by official media partner, Fun Kids Radio) is as follows:

“I’m very excited for this year’s BAFTA Kids Vote,” said Helen Blakeman, chair of the BAFTA Children’s Committee. “The shortlist showcases a huge range of high quality children’s media. I can’t wait to see who the audience votes for this year.”

The BAFTA Children’s Awards will take place on Sunday November 22.
