Argos unveils 2,500 new lines for A/W17

New products cover licences including PJ Masks, LEGO and Transformers.

The weekend saw Argos launch its new autumn/winter 2017 range, offering around 2,500 new products including a number of licences.

Launched on Saturday July 22, the new range features brands including LEGO and Habitat, plus big names such as Nespresso, Bose, Samsung and Sony.

Highlights include new products for eOne’s PJ Masks (Headquarter Play-set) and Transformers: The Last Knight (RC Sqweeks).

A limited edition Gold PlayStation is one of the retailer’s exclusives for the season – it marks the first time that Sony has offered consumers a gold console to match its gold controllers.

Nintendo Switch, Cars 3: Driven to Win from Warner Bros. and the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack have also been earmarked within the video gaming space.

And the petcare category gets some licensed additions, too, including the Nerf Dog Tennis Ball Blaster.

Robbie Feather, commercial director at Argos, said: “Whether it’s getting the kids ready for a new school term, updating the home or planning ahead for Christmas, we have everything our customers might need for the new season, all under one roof.

“It’s never been easier to get your hands on what you want. Our same-day Fast Track delivery covers 95 per cent of postcodes, seven days a week, or you can pick-up for free at more than 800 Argos stores and 100+ collection points in Sainsbury’s supermarkets.

“We also have almost 80 digital Argos shops inside Sainsbury’s stores, so it’s even easier and more convenient to shop with us.”
