Popular exec is licensing director, Europe for the toy company.
Toy company Spin Master has bolstered its licensing team, hiring Anna Hewitt as its new Licensing Director, Europe.
Anna joins from Walker Books, where she spent over four years as head of licensing and brand development, working with properties including Guess How Much I Love You.
Prior to this, Anna was head of licensing at Coolabi. She also enjoyed a long stint at BBC Worldwide, where she began as senior licensing executive in 2000 before working her way up to head of international licensing in 2004 (a role she held until January 2010).
At Spin Master, Anna’s focus will be on building and managing relationships with European based licensors and looking for new brands to add to the portfolio.
Anna said: “It’s a really exciting time to be joining Spin Master and I’m really looking forward to working with licensors to strengthen our relationships and help grow the business in Europe.”
