Animoca bringing The Addams Family to mobile

Game is based on hotly tipped upcoming MGM movie The Addams Family.

Animoca Brands is bringing The Addams Family to mobile.

Pixowl – a wholly owned subsidiary of the company – is developing The Addams Family Mystery Mansion, which is based on the upcoming MGM film.

Launching this quarter for both iOS and Android, the game will invite players to help Morticia and Gomez to reunite the rest of their family and re-furnish their home.

The game will be free to play with optional in-app purchases.

MGM’s animated comedy horror movie will open in cinemas worldwide on October 11 and is the latest in the franchise spawned by the comic by Charles Addams, first published in 1938.
