Angry Birds LEGO sets hit retail

Play-sets and character figures from The Angry Birds Movie launch today.

It unveiled its new line of Disney Minifigures earlier this week, and today LEGO has launched its full product range for another licence – The Angry Birds Movie.

The new collection includes play-sets and characters from the eagerly anticipated film, which arrives in UK cinemas on Friday May 13.

The hero item is King Pig’s Castle (£74.99) which includes six eggs, six balloons, a cauldron, King Leonard’s crown and cape, plus a Red, Mighty Eagle, King Pig, Chef Pig and Foreman Pig minifigure.

Other sets include Piggy Pirate Ship (£59.99), Pig City Teardown (£39.99), Piggy Plane Attack (£19.99) and Piggy Car Escape (£11.99 – pictured).
