Aldi marks Mickey Mouse at 90 with new ranges

Value retailer adds to licensed lines with ‘Happy Birthday Mickey’ collection.

Aldi is celebrating the 90th birthday of Mickey Mouse with a new collection of products.

The ‘Happy Birthday Mickey’ collection covers a raft of categories including homewares, publishing and plush.

The range – which launched in stores and online on November 18 – includes two different themed pyjama designs, plus Mickey and Minnie single duvet sets.

There are also three different designs of backpacks including 3D glitter ears, all-over print or vintage Mickey print.

Mickey Mouse books come with ears, while there is also a range of stationery, plush, a breakfast set, mug assortment, crochet and cross stitch kits and slippers.
