The Smiley Company and adidas are uniting for the first time, collaborating on new collections of apparel and accessories.
The new partnership is aiming to be a ‘celebration of originality’ and is looking to spread optimism through sport, community and positive self-expression.
The adidas Originals and Smiley Originals, created for adults, and SmileyWorld collection created for kids look to reinvent classic styles with bold creativity. Highlighting the idea that ‘nothing is more original than your smile’, many pieces feature a special adidas trefoil – reimagined as a Smiley icon. Blending shades of black, white and striking Smiley yellow, the collection launches with comfy fits including a hoodie and coach jacket for kids, and a t-shirt and classic loose trackpant for adults.
Meanwhile, the adidas and SmileyWorld Sportswear Collection – exclusively for kids – aims to motivate the next generation to share the power of a smile while being active. The collection combines playful pastel tones and vibrant graphics, including an exclusive Smiley logo integrated into classic adidas branding. Hero pieces include training t-shirts, hoodies and pants.
