Elves Behavin’ Badly brand heads out on tour

Christmas pranksters, Elfie and Elvie from the Elves Behavin’ Badly brand have headed out on a tour of shopping centres across the UK.

The costume characters – created by Rainbow Productions – are currently taking part in a four days a week roadshow, running until 12 December.

The show features dance routines, singing, elf-to-elf banter and interaction with children (and big kids) in the audience. The costumed Elves will also be available for photo opportunities.

The characters have already visited shopping centres in Glasgow, Manchester and Sheffield and, over the coming days will visit venues in London, Chelmsford, Cambridge, Burton on Trent, Portsmouth, Welwyn Garden City, Dudley/Birmingham, Norwich and Watford.

As well as touring the UK, Elfie and Elvie have been busy keeping ‘chief prankster’, Sam Thompson occupied by trying to out prank one another as part of the Elves Behavin’ Badly Christmas 2021 campaign, #PRANKSMAS.

“Our mischievous dolls were first launched five years ago and we have seen a huge uplift this year in demand for the dolls, with sales already more than 20% ahead of last year and this upward trend in demand seems to be continuing every week so this shipping crisis couldn’t have happened at a worse time,” commented Paul Beverley, director at the worldwide distributor of Elves Behavin’ Badly. “Sales on the high street and on the internet are both showing signs of earlier purchasing and sales in larger numbers than last year.

“This is particularly encouraging because we know many parents are packing away their pranking Elves from one year to the next, so there is clearly huge growth in the annual Elf pranking season from late November until Christmas Eve.”
