Laura Adnitt, publishing director, will be main contact for acquiring new IPs for the Egmont group.
Egmont Magazines has outlined its global acquisitions structure, with Laura Adnitt becoming the lead contact for acquiring new IPs.
Laura (pictured) – who is UK-based publishing director – will work with global brand manager, Bastian Mai (based in Germany) and Andrea Ryder (based in Copenhagen).
She will be working in a global Egmont network of publishers covering more than 20 international markets and securing IPs for all of Egmont, and will be attending local licensor and global licensing industry events in order to secure new partnerships.
In the UK, Egmont Magazines has key partnerships with licensors including Disney, Mattel, Hasbro and Nickelodeon, publishing magazines for brands such as Disney Princess, Thomas & Friends, My Little Pony and PAW Patrol among others.
