Microgaming builds on successful HBO relationship with new branded game.
Microgaming is due to unveil a new Game of Thrones branded online slot later this year.
The deal builds on the successful relationship with HBO, which was penned six years ago when Microgaming launched its first Game of Thrones slot game in 2014.
Marked for release later this year, Game of Thrones Power Stacks will feature some of the leading characters and personalities from the hit HBO series, ready to lead players on a new pursuit for rewards through the world of Westeros. The branded slot is being developed by Slingshot Studios.
“The Game of Thrones brand has garnered a devoted following among viewers, along with incredible media attention,” said Jean-Luc Ferriere, chief commercial officer at Microgaming. “We are excited to extend our partnership with HBO to supply a new Game of Thrones online slot that honours and builds on the brand’s immense popularity.
“In the spirit of the show, we will be working hard to deliver a quality, feature-rich slot game so that players can enjoy an authentic Game of Thrones themed gaming experience.”
