Pokémon Shirts continues global expansion

Online custom shirt service now available in five European countries, Canada, Australia and NZ.

The popularity of the quirky Pokémon Shirts is continuing to spread, with the online custom shirt service now available in five European countries plus Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The service – which was created by Original Stitch and The Pokémon Company, first launching on Pokémon Day (February 27, 2019) in Japan – allows customers to mix and match prints based on the first 151 Pokémon, creating their own shirts.

Since launch it has expanded to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Indonesia and most recently, the US.

Today (December 16) also sees the expansion of the service to the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Pokémon Shirts can be purchased in six styles – dress, casual and Hawaiian, all in men’s and women’s shirt types.
