Beano has continued its rubber chicken Christmas tradition with a new window display at its Fleet Street office. Passers-by can get a unique insight into the rubber chickens’ home life as the flock has taken over the Beano HQ window until January 3 to gather for a Christmas meal. Inspired by the popular rubber chicken content on Beano.com, the site will also be hosting a digital advent calendar with prizes up for grabs. Once the festive period is over, the rubber chickens will be donated to Battersea Cats & Dogs Home.

Global Merchandising Services has revealed the latest collaboration between Revell and Iron Maiden in celebration of the band’s iconic single, Aces High. The 1:32 scale model includes the band’s famous mascot, Eddie, both as a sitting and standing pilot. The figures of the band mascot have been specially developed for the kit and reflect the original single artwork from 1984. The Iron Maiden Spitfire also comes in a special collector’s box.

Boat Rocker Studios has revealed the voice cast for its new preschool series, Love Monster. George Takei (Star Trek), Tamsin Greig (Friday Night Dinner), Javone Prince (PhoneShop) and Sarah Hadland (Miranda) will be among the names bringing the characters to life.

The first of One Animation’s Oddbods-themed Family Entertainment Centres in partnership with CMC has launched in Xi’an, China.

The Frida Kahlo licensing programme continues to grow, with Signare the latest partner to come on board. The new range of tapestry bags and accessories will be showcased at Spring Fair in February 2020 and will include two ranges, each either ten pieces.
