FatFace teams with Danish Design for pet beds

Range of slumber beds and deep duvets launch this month with accessories to follow.

FatFace is continuing to grow its licensing programme, revealing a new partnership with Danish Design to move the brand into the pet bed category.

The deal sees the launch of three designs in slumber beds and deep duvets in various sizes this month with prints including Marching Dogs, Meadow Floral and Penguin Check.

Accessories are also due to follow.

“We really wanted to make a difference within this category, so not only working closely with Danish Design to create stunning pet beds that look great and are comfy, but a range that was sustainable and in keeping with our ongoing journey,” commented Gabrielle Sims, head of licensing at FatFace. “Our aim is clear; to make conscious decisions that have a positive impact on our natural environment, people and local communities.

“So to be able to launch our FatFace pet bedding with a collection that is made in the UK and filled with 100% recycled fibre made from plastic bottles is fantastic. BCI cottons and recycled fabrics have also been used where possible.”
