Guns N’ Roses drops lawsuit against brewing company

Band had accused Oskar Blues Brewery of trademark infringement.

Rock band Guns N’ Roses has settled a lawsuit against a Colorado brewing company which it had accused of trademark infringement over a beer called ‘Guns ‘N’ Rosé’.

The band had accused Oskar Blues Brewery of ripping off the Guns N’ Roses name and selling merchandise associated with the band – including bandannas similar to those worn by lead singer, Axl Rose – reported New York Post.

The suit was filed in May, alongside a request to block the company from selling the beer.

Both sides agreed to settle late last month, with the decision being made public in a Monday court filing.
