Pokémon pop-up is coming to London

Pokémon Center will open in Westfield London in Shepherds Bush in October.

A dedicated Pokémon pop-up is coming to London later this year.

The Pokémon Company teased the launch on its social media feeds last week, confirming that the Pokémon Center would be opening at Westfield London in Shepherds Bush in October.

Video games news website Eurogamer then followed up with confirmed dates of October 18 to November 15.

The stores – which are currently open in Japan, the US and Singapore – stock exclusive merchandise and branded Pokémon products.

A promotional image posted on Campaign showed a mock up of what the store is likely to look like.

The latest games in the franchise – Pokémon Sword and Shield – are due to be released in the UK on November 15 on Nintendo Switch.
