Liam Payne reveals Hugo collaboration

One Direction star teams with streetwear-minded offshoot of luxury fashion label.

Liam Payne has unveiled his first collaboration with Hugo, the streetwear-based offshoot of the luxury fashion label.

The capsule collection marks Hugo’s first global collaboration in the world of music, reported Fashion United.

The range from the former One Direction star includes clothing, footwear and accessories, described as blurring the line between formalwear and athleisure.

There are a number of design references to Liam’s first tattoo – the black chevrons on his forearm. These are highlighted on a bomber jacket with metal chevron detailing at the zip, drawstring tailored pants with a tattoo-themed motif and a hoodie printed with reflective chevron artwork.

The range was originally able to shop exclusively via Instagram, before heading online and in-store at the Hugo Amsterdan and Antwerp stores in the Netherlands.
