Now Fortnite unveils Stranger Things tie-up

“The gate has been opened” proclaims the game’s official Twitter account.

Fans of both Fortnite and Stranger Things are in for a treat, with Epic Games revealing a tie-up between the game and the Netflix hit.

With season three now available, content from the show has been transferred into the popular online shooter – news which was confirmed by the official Fortnite Twitter account earlier this week.

This means fans will be able to buy Stranger Things branded items in the game store including skins for Chief Hopper and the Demogorgon.

This is the latest in a series of crossover promotions for Fortnite. It was previously worked on initiatives for the Avengers movies, while a John Wick crossover included a limited time assassination mode.
