Dream Theatre signs up anime series Ninja Hattori

Agency to grow consumer products programme for hit kids show across India.

India-based brand agency Dream Theatre has secured the rights to popular anime series, Ninja Hattori in the territory.

The show is one of the longest running and most popular on children’s TV. It airs on Sonic and is also available on Amazon Prime, Voot and Netflix.

The show revolves around a little ninja called Hattori Kanzo who befriends an ordinary 11 year old named Kenichi Mitsuba.

Dream Theatre will aim to create a diverse consumer products programme covering categories including apparel, back to school, home, personal care, food, promotions and technology.

“Ninja Hattori’s immense and long-standing popularity makes it a stand out show in India for kids and we are thrilled to work with the brand to grow the franchise in the licensing realm,” said Jiggy George, founder and ceo of Dream Theatre. “We aim to bring a fresh approach and create an effective multi-faceted multi-category programme focused on authenticity, availability and accessibility.”
