Nickelodeon superstar JoJo Siwa has announced her first ever UK concert tour. The D.R.E.A.M tour will make stops in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London from October 30 to November 3. JoJo’s UK visit will end an epic 80 city US tour which kicked off in Phoenix Arizona on May 17.

Seven new executives have joined the Licensing International board of directors. The newest board members are Sol Armada (Warner Bros.), Juli Boylan (Spin Master), David Diesendruck (Redibra), Omar Fajer (Univision Communications), Elias Fasja (Tycoon Enterprises), Simo Hamalainen (Rovio) and Ed LaBay (Hot Topic).

BBC Studios has signed PPW has licensing partner for Hey Duggee in Greater China. The agreement will see PPW act as the agent and licensee for the preschool brand in the territory including mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

LMI has been appointed to develop the licensing programme for The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, the independent charity which cares for Shakespeare heritage in his home town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Licensees already on board include Winning Moves (Trivial Pursuit Shakespeare Edition) and Royal Crown Derby (collectables). LMI also exploring opportunities in homeware, textiles, stationery, gifts, jewellery and accessories.

Last Saturday (June 15) saw some adventure seekers from Pyramid International and The Art Group take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. The challenge involves walking 24 miles and taking on Yorkshire’s three highest peaks – Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough – in under 12 hours.

eOne has unveiled details of My First Album, the first ever Peppa Pig music album, due to launch on July 19. The album – which will mark Peppa’s first entry into the official music charts when it debuts on digital platforms – will release in English-speaking territories including the UK, US and Australia as part of the brand’s 15th anniversary celebrations.

DHX Media and Mattel have given the green light to a 26-episode second season of Polly Pocket. In addition, Universal Kids has secured both seasons and will begin airing episodes in the US this summer.

Fanattik has added iconic Al Pacino film Scarface to its portfolio of titles. The new gift range will launch in Q3 with prices ranging from £6 to £20.

Live Company Group – the owner of Bricklive – has confirmed a new licensed partnership with Nickelodeon. The five-year deal will see Bricklive produce Nickelodeon-themed promotional exhibits, beginning with PAW Patrol this summer. This will be followed by a Nick Jr. tour coming to market in the autumn.

Kids entertainment distributor PGS Entertainment is on board as global distributor (excluding France) with commissioning broadcaster TF1 for a new preschool series from Technicolor Animation Productions, Gus – the Itsy Bitsy Knight. The new comedy adventure series will begin delivering episodes in 2020.

Aurora World has hailed the success of a special week-long May half term holiday YooHoo meet and greet event. Running from May 27-31, the event took place at the Gift Shop on the island of Herm, one of the smallest Channel Islands located between southern England and France. As well as YooHoo being available to meet visitors, there was also an island treasure hunt plus promotions for the new plush line.
