Kidz Bop expands Sky deal and adds Super RTL

Kids’ music brand continues to expand global media and content partnerships.

Children’s music brand, Kidz Bop has expanded its partnership with Sky – with exclusive content launching this month – while it has added Super RTL as media partner in Germany.

The extension of the Sky partnership in the UK will see Kidz Bop video content appear for the platform through 2021. This will include dance-along videos, music videos and exclusive content.

Due to air on May 19, the first piece will be 45 minutes to one-hour of never before seen content created exclusively for Sky Kids, starring the British Kidz Bop kids. Additional holiday-themed content will air later this year, with content covering all Sky on demand platforms.

Kidz Bop has partnered with Sky Kids since 2017, helping to boost the brand’s UK popularity.

Over the past two years it has surpassed 200,000 albums sold, with the band headlining its first show in the UK at the Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith in April.

Meanwhile, Super RTL will serve as media partner in Germany, with part of the partnership seeing the German Kidz Bop kids perform live for the first time on The TOGGO Tour, a family friendly event which travels to various German cities, beginning on May 25 in Bremerhaven.
