8th Wonder adds Go Jetters to portfolio

Relationship with BBC Studios continues with latest deal for plush and wooden toys.

BBC Studios is continuing its partnership with 8th Wonder, with the company signing up to create a complete range of plush and wooden toys for Go Jetters.

The plush toy range will feature all of the Go Jetters characters – Lars, Xuli, Foz, Kyan, Grandmaster Glitch and Ubercorn – and will be the biggest range of plush created for the show.

The range of wooden toys, meanwhile, will include Go Jetters dominoes, a tumbling tower, Souvenir Selfie cube puzzle, a world map sound puzzle and a Stonehenge domino rally.

The range will join those being created by 8th Wonder for Hey Duggee, Sarah & Duck and Mr Tumble for Something Special.

The Go Jetters plush and wooden toy ranges will hit stores in AW19, coinciding with the launch of the show’s third series on CBeebies.

“We are thrilled to be launching our Go Jetters plush and wooden toy ranges,” said Louise Tyrer, sales and marketing director at 8th Wonder. “It’s true to say there is mounting demand for Go Jetters products from consumers.”

Julie Kekwick, senior licensing manager at BBC Studios, added: “Launching a plush and wooden toy range for Go Jetters is an exciting moment for us and we’re looking forward to working with 8th Wonder in bringing the new ranges to retail later this year.”
