Tikiboo adds Sesame Street to portfolio

Activewear brand secures two-year licensing deal for leggings and accessories featuring characters.

Activewear brand Tikiboo is continuing to grow its work with licensed brands, securing an exclusive two-year deal with Sesame Street.

From today (January 16), fans will be joined in their gym sessions or runs by Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird and the gang, with the company launching full length and capri leggings, plus coordinated sports bras, bags and tikitubes.

The three prints will also be available in leggings for children aged four to 12.

“We are incredibly happy to partner with the iconic children’s show – they played a massive part in our childhood and are still loved all over the world by both adults and children, making it a hugely fun experience working to bring them to life in our activewear,” said Faye Jobbins, co-owner and founder of Tikiboo. “This entire collection is full of the personality we are known for and the positive feedback has already been overwhelming.

“This collection is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face and we can’t wait to see the faces of Elmo, Cookie Monster, Ernie, Big Bird and more make an appearance in the gym and on running routes.”
