House of Turnowsky ready to celebrate at BLE

Design house will unveil its spring/summer 2020 portfolio for first time.

House of Turnowsky will be using next month’s Brand Licensing Europe as a platform to showcase its spring/summer 2020 design portfolio for the first time.

The design house – which will be exhibiting with its exclusive UK agent, JELC – will showcase three new collections: Chic & Free, Havana and Northern Face.

Products already brought to market will be highlighted, along with original artworks across a portfolio of 12 new design concepts.

“Our goal has been to build a global network of first class licensing agents who can introduce our brand into new territories,” explained Kobi Tadmor, chief executive of House of Turnowsky. “We are proud to be so well-represented around the world by JELC in UK, Brand Squared Licensing in North America, Lisans A.S in Turkey, and Yooka in Israel.

“We are also making great inroads into the Japanese market and will be announcing details of our new Japanese agent in the very near future. I look forward to welcoming new and prospective licensing partners to our showcase at BLE.”

Five years after opening its archives and the development of two new seasonal collections a year created specifically for the licensing community, House of Turnowsky has an international network of over 30 licensing partners across an array of product categories.

Jane Evans, md of JELC, commented: “House of Turnowsky offers outstanding original artwork which is perfect for surface design. In building on the great success already achieved in the US and rest of Europe we are strongly focused on the first phase of building this iconic design brand in the UK market.

“While seeking to expand into non-paper categories – including giftware, ceramics, fabrics and crafting materials – we will also make the most of Turnowsky’s enormous potential in traditional paper categories such as calendars, diaries, stationery, gift bags and wrap.”
