Toy partners line up for Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10

Cartoon Network brands head into US Toy Fair with raft of new products.

Cartoon Network is readying for the arrival of a plethora of new product throughout 2018 to mark the 20th anniversary of The Powerpuff Girls, as well as for other key brands such as Adventure Time, Ben 10, Steven Universe and We Bare Bears.

Lines from new and existing partners will be on display at US Toy Fair – which begins on February 17 in New York – including Playmates Toys and LEGO.

Starting with Ben 10, and global master toy partner Playmates will expand its toy line this year to include a new assortment of action figures, feature-driven deluxe vehicles and Omnitrix-inspired role-play among other lines.

Rubie’s is launching Ben 10 dress-up and role-play outfits in the autumn, while Ben 10 Halloween costumes and accessories will also be available from August.

In addition, Toy Factory willl introduce plush toys in March for outdoor and traveling amusement venues, as well as family entertainment centres.

For The Powerpuff Girls, LEGO will issue two new building sets featuring Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup (pictured).

Cartoon Network will also expand the licensing programmes around We Bare Bears, Steven Universe and Adventure Time. New partners include Monogram Direct, which will launch We Bare Bears 3D Foam Key Ring Blind Bags.

In May, Tastemakers will introduce Steven Universe Micro Pozers Series 1 – the first toy in the new category of Tactile Collectibles, while Kidrobot will release its Adventure Time items in April, including Adventure Time Fresh 2 Death Mini Series and BMO Medium Figure.
