LMI turns up the heat on Game of Thrones product

Half Moon Bay among licensees launching new product for hit HBO series.

Bradford License Europe – in partnership with HBO Global Licensing – is continuing to grow the licensing programme for Game of Thrones.

Season eight of the HBO series is due for release in 2019 and will premiere in over 200 markets. In addition, a touring exhibition featuring props and costumes, made its debut in Barcelona in October 2017, while a live concert experience is due to begin a European tour in Madrid in May, before heading to the US in September.

The Royal Mail has also teamed with HBO for an exclusive collection of Game of Thrones stamps.

New products are also a key part of the mix.

New licensees include Half Moon Bay which is launching a giftware range including glassware, bowls and plates. Also on board are Drop Dead Clothing for a DTR apparel collection; Nemesis Now for drinkware including tankards, goblets and shot glasses; Bacci Sourcing and Consulting (apparel); and Jasmine (metal wall art).
