House of Turnowsky welcomes new US agent

Brand Squared Licensing becomes exclusive agent for North American territory.

The House of Turnowsky has designs on the US marketplace, appointing Brand Squared Licensing to act as its exclusive agent in the territory.

The agency will now look to further build the brand in the US – American Greetings is already on board as a licensee in the region.

House of Turnowsky ceo, Kobi Tadmor, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Brand Squared Licensing as our new licensing agent for North America as we enter the third year of our strategic licensing programme.

“The first Turnowsky-licensed merchandise has been brought to retail over the past 18 months and we are really looking forward to seeing how Brand Squared can help us reach new categories and markets with our next phase of development.”

The House of Turnowsky recently unveiled a new concept showcase at BLE under the banner of ‘Style is Forever’, inviting manufacturers, retailers and brands to discover its new collections and image archive spanning almost 80 years of luxury design heritage.

The iconic design house is focusing on categories such as bed/bath, home, fashion accessories and gifting, across different consumer demographics. Each season, House of Turnowsky develops new designs based on primary, global trend analysis, for potential licensees to choose from.

Michael E. Dresner, partner at Brand Squared Licensing, added: “Brand Squared Licensing is thrilled to be working with The House of Turnowsky on the next phase of their strategic brand development in North America, and we are proud to collaborate on a stellar future for this unique heritage design brand.

“Our goal is now to build on Turnowsky’s existing licensing portfolio by nurturing new licensing and retail partnerships.”
