Disney partners with Together for Short Lives

Partnership with children’s hospice charity includes special Olaf’s Frozen Adventure themed activity.

Disney has revealed a new partnership with Together for Short Lives – the UK charity which supports children’s hospices.

The beginning of the partnership was celebrated last weekend (November 25-26) with a series of Olaf’s Frozen Adventure-themed parties at children’s hospices across the country.

Gift-wrapped party boxes were packed full of special activities, games and decorations needed to create a festive party for children and families.

Children were treated to a host of goodies, generously provided by Disney Store and Disney licensees – including Parragon, which gave each child an Olaf book.

Bon Bon Buddies, Soreen and Fiddes Payne also donated some themed party snacks to mark the occasion. Decorations from Balloons and Qualatex also helped bring magic and fun to the occasion.

The weekend celebrations marked the start of a six-week campaign which will encourage fans and supporters to ‘give a precious moment to others, be sharing theirs’ through a social media campaign which kicked off on November 28 – Giving Tuesday.
