We Love Cushions plumps up Tate collection

Licensee launches new Russian Revolution line in conjunction with the museum.

We Love Cushions has expanded on its licensing deal with Tate – unveiling a new Russian Revolution collection.

The range includes 12 cushions featuring artwork and graphics from the David King Collection, now held at Tate.

The release also corresponds with a key exhibition being held at Tate Modern – Red Star Over Russia – which will run from November 8 to February 18, 2018.

2017 marks the centenary of the October Revolution, which heralded a wave of innovation and design in Russia. The Red Star Over Russia exhibition explores artworks made by Russian and Soviet artists over five decades, from the first revolution of 1905 to the death of Stalin in 1953.

The cushions are available in two sizes, are all printed and handmade in London and each comes supplied with its own feather pad.
