Personalised Roald Dahl adventure on the way

Literary Estate teams with Lost My Name for new story based on author’s characters.

The Roald Dahl Literary Estate has partnered with Lost My Name to create the first Roald Dahl personalised adventure story.

The deal marks the first time that The Roald Dahl Literary Estate has commissioned an entirely new story based on Roald Dahl’s characters, as well as the first time Lost My Name has worked with established characters and worlds.

The collaboration will be a joint venture illustrated by Adam Hancher and written by Lost My Name co-founder, David Cadji-Newby, with editorial support and creative input from The Roald Dahl Literary Estate.

Lost My Name will be taking pre-orders in June before a worldwide release on Roald Dahl Day, September 13 2017.

Luke Kelly, md at The Roald Dahl Literary Estate, commented: “Roald was the master at creating child heroes to lead us through his stories. We are delighted that children will now be able to step into those pages.

“We are always seeking innovation in our publishing and this great partnership allows us to deliver on that hope.”

Asi Sharabi, ceo at Lost My Name, added: “This partnership represents a bold new direction for our uniquely high quality personalised stories.

“Roald Dahl’s books have been loved by many generations and we are thrilled to be creating the first story that will transport a child into Dahl’s world and ignite their imagination.”
