Event raises £10,000, while Bulldog Licensing marks ten years in the business.
Yesterday saw licensors, licensees and retailers gather up in Blackpool for the first official fundraising event of 2017 for The Light Fund – raising £10,000 for the industry charity.
The event also acted as a platform for Bulldog Licensing to mark its tenth anniversary in the business.
Some 180 people attended, including the likes of Mothercare and Asda, with meetings taking place throughout the afternoon before the Blackpool Pleasure Beach opened its doors especially for the licensing contingent.
As you can see from our pictures below, execs wasted no time in enjoying rides including the Wallace & Gromit Thrill-O-Matic, plus the likes of the Streak rollercoaster and the Rugrats Lost River log flume in Nickelodeon Land.
In the evening, it was eyes down for Bulldog Bingo. A host of prizes were up for grabs, while guests were also treated to a Prosecco reception, fish and chips and commemorative Bulldog rock.
Rob Corney, md of Bulldog Licensing, gave an emotional welcome speech in which he thanked everyone who had helped the agency over the last ten years.
