Global moves Iron Maiden into fightwear

Deal struck with one of leading brands in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Tatami Fightwear.

Global Merchandising Services has joined forces with one of the leading brands in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Tatami Fightwear, for a range of compression tops featuring Iron Maiden’s iconic imagery.

Tatami Fightwear was established in 2009 and has since grown to sponsor some of the world’s greatest fighters in the sport, as well as having product available in over 30 countries.

Global Merchandising Services’ licensing manager, Jens Drinkwater, said: “We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to further expand the brands we work with and this was a perfect fit.

“Tatami have created some great pieces that we hope both fans and practitioners will love.”

Gareth Dummer, md of Tatami Fightwear, added: “We are super excited to team with Global Merchandising to bring grappling fans products from one of the most iconic bands of all time.

“I’m very excited to see the final products released in the fall of this year.”
