The finalists in the five Property categories for the Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards 2025 can today (26 March) be revealed.

The shortlist reflects the impact of heritage and institution, lifestyle, design-led, food and beverage, fashion and talent properties on the brand and lifestyle licensing industry during 2024.

The winners will be revealed – alongside the winners in the Retail and Product categories, as well as UK Rising Star and Brand Ambassador 2025 – at a glittering afternoon ceremony at the Royal Lancaster London on Thursday 24 April.
