Primark to complete Click & Collect rollout by summer

Primark has confirmed it will complete the roll out of its Click & Collect service to all 186 stores across Great Britain by the summer.

The popular service began to go live from the end of February in a further 18 stores, which takes the number of Primark stores offering Click & Collect to 131, almost three quarters of its estate across Great Britain.

As part of the rollout, people will be able to access thousands of Primark products through Click & Collect for the first time, across women’s, men’s, kids clothing and homeware. Customers can browse and order on the Primark website before picking up their items in store from two days later, at a time that suits them.

The service also gives customers access to new and expanded ranges they might not otherwise be able to get in their local store. This includes Primark’s new affordable adaptive clothing range, which launched last month and has been specially designed around the needs of those living with a disability in partnership with adaptive designer and disability campaigner, Victoria Jenkins.

“We know that our customers love the convenience that Click & Collect offers, as well as the opportunity to access ranges otherwise only found in larger stores,” commented Kari Rodgers, UK retail director at Primark. “With the roll out now due to complete in time for summer we hope this will help make summer holiday shopping that little bit easier.”

Primark announced in April last year that it planned to roll out Click & Collect to all stores by the end of 2025.
