LMI sees licensing potential in new Hippo Parade publishing title

LMI has been appointed to handle the global licensing for Hippo Parade’s new book, called What Kind of Shoes does a Hippopotamus choose?.

The book will be published in the US by Penguin Random House in August and is available to pre-order now.

Spread Love Digital has also been appointed to offer selected merchandise online through www.hippoparade.com/shop.

LMI will be looking at expanding the brand into categories including apparel, bags and luggage, back to school, games, dress-up, food, confectionery, homeware, publishing, stationery, tableware and glassware and toys among others.

“We see huge potential in this property as a licensee and will have merchandise available online in good time for the Penguin launch this August in the US,” commented David Zatchij, owner of Spread Love Digital.
