Pop Paper City partners with The Point.1888

Children’s craft adventure TV series, Pop Paper City has secured a new partnership with The Point.1888.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone as Pop Paper City continues to attract millions of young viewers worldwide with its blend of adventure, crafting and edutainment values.

At its heart, Pop Paper City promotes the ethos of ‘doing as well as viewing’, encouraging active imaginative play and fostering creativity among children.

With its motto ‘Creating Adventures Together’, the series aims to resonate with young audiences and parents, offering not just entertainment but also opportunities for learning and exploration.

The series has garnered widespread acclaim and is already distributed in 178 territories worldwide, with broadcasters like Channel 5 Milkshake, CBeebies, HBO, ABC Kids and Warner to name just a few. Looking ahead, the production team is developing a feature film based on the IP and season two is on the horizon.

In addition, the Pop Paper city team is actively moving the IP into the gaming and app space.

“We are thrilled to partner with The Point.1888,” commented Georgina Hurcombe, creator of Pop Paper City. “Their wealth of experience in developing brand licensing programs aligns perfectly with our vision. I’ve always wanted to create a series that encourages ‘doing as well as viewing’, and now, with The Point 1888, we’re excited to bring our characters and stories to life in new and exciting ways.”

Will Stewart, ceo and founder of The Point.1888, continued: “We were captivated by Pop Paper City’s unique concept – a ‘craft adventure’ series that not only entertains but also promotes play and sustainability. It’s unique and the 52 episodes already available offer diverse opportunities for toys, arts and crafts, publishing and much more. We’re excited to bring this series to BLE next week.”
