Retail expert Jo Hall joins marketing and branding agency, Mischievous Wolf

Erstwhile Woolworths and Toys R Us Asia executive, Jo Hall has joined marketing and branding agency, Mischievous Wolf as non executive director and business partner.

Jo (pictured above with Mischievous Wolf’s Michelle Matthews, Dawn Wilson and Andrew Woolnough) was a familiar face in the UK licensing business, due to her time at Marks and Spencer, Toys R Us and Woolworths, before she moved to take control of Toys R Us Asia, revitalising the brand across the region.

She spent over 17 years in Asia and, during this time, delivered a number of key initiatives including product design and manufacturing in China, innovating key global brand campaigns, rebranding multiple IP’s and challenging new immersive retail experiences which set new standards in the industry.

Working across the family, entertainment and lifestyle sectors, Jo will look to further to elevate Mischievous Wolf’s business model and continue its trajectory of global expansion. The appointment opens new opportunities across Asia and strengthens the company’s kid’s focus, which is particularly timely with the LA September toy previews approaching.

“We are beyond excited to welcome Jo Hall to our team,” commented Andrew Woolnough, chief imagination officer at Mischievous Wolf. “Her track record of success and her innovative energy perfectly complement our mission to deliver transformative results for our clients. With Jo on board, we are confident that Mischievous Wolf is poised for stellar growth and success.”

Jo expressed her enthusiasm, stating: “Joining Mischievous Wolf feels like a natural fit given our aligned synergies and shared values. I have always admired their fearless creativity and commitment to delivering unparalleled results. Together, I believe we can make a significant impact, challenging new frontiers of innovation and redefining traditional industry standards. I am incredibly excited to embark on this journey with such a talented and ambitious team.”
